Add Content
- Put the finished source on storage readable by the selected server.
- Verify permission, free space, and file stability.
- Add the Movie, or add the Series and Episodes.
- Assign Categories and Bouquets.
- Wait for processing, then test playback, seeking, audio, and subtitles.
TMDB lookup requires a key under System Settings. Review imported metadata before saving.
Server selects the Engine node that reads or processes the source. Source may be a readable server path or a supported remote URL. A path is not copied automatically to other servers.
For a Series, create the Series record first, open its Episode list, then add each Episode source in playback order. Use the remote browser for an existing path and direct entry for a known path or URL.
| Content | Relationship | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Movie | One playable source | Max Movies |
| Series | Groups Episodes | Max Series |
| Episode | Belongs to a Series and has one source | Max Episodes |
For a cross-server transfer, verify licenses, disk space, and server reachability; monitor the managed transfer and keep the original until target playback works. Engine changes database ownership only after completion.
If processing fails, check the VOD log, source access, storage/inodes, media compatibility, and active transfers.
