Audit and Analytics
Audit Log records management changes. Playback Analytics summarizes completed viewer sessions.
Audit Log
Filter by account, role, source IP, table, action, row, or time. Entries can include the actor, affected row, and changed fields.
Set retention under Settings → System Settings → Advanced → Audit Log Keep Days. The UI allows 0–90 days and the license may impose a lower value; 0 disables retained history. There is no row-count or byte-size limit.
Clearing the Audit Log is permanent. Export required evidence first.
Playback Analytics
Playback Analytics requires Professional. Open a User’s Playback Analytics action to view completed sessions, watch time, online time, delivered traffic, media, server, client, and end reason.
Set these filters under Settings → System Settings → Analytics:
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Playback History Retention | Days to retain qualified sessions; 0 disables and purges history |
| Minimum Playback Duration | Excludes shorter sessions |
| Minimum Playback Traffic | Excludes sessions below the traffic threshold |
Active sessions appear only after they close and qualify. Analytics has no row-count or byte-size limit.
Restrict access because audit records and analytics can contain account, infrastructure, source, and client data.
